Abstract

Communication is the key to any successful project development, because it is a process of transmitting ideas and information. In many cases, a project developer communicates but still lack understanding. Stakeholders and the project developers often make the same mistake and too easily consider a model to be properly communicated or validated. They fail because of human factors which are an important and diverse, and non-technical issue [10]. The issue is especially important regarding to the process of communication. We focus mostly on communication with stakeholders, taking onto account diversity such as background, knowledge, skills, concerns, focus, interest, language (jargon, terminology), etc. Based on the principles, this research presents a database design of Agile stakeholder communication support. © 2015 IEEE.
